Jim was born and raised in Salt Lake City. After his graduation from Utah State University in 1975 he worked at the Park City Racquet Club as the head pro and is a nationally certified tennis instructor. His involvement in real estate began in 1980 with a development company based in Denver. He started his career in residential real estate in 1990. Jim currently lives in Holladay with his wife and three children.
